Skilled Trades Manpower for Data Center Construction
Crews on our payroll with our own foreman on them, and the superintendent over the top, from one vendor.
We supply electricians, pipefitters, pipe welders, HVAC mechanics and low voltage installers to data center builders, general contractors and MEP subcontractors, as crews on our payroll with our own general foreman on each one. The superintendent, the project manager and the scheduler can come from the same engagement. Phoenix, West Texas, Dallas Fort Worth, Central Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia and the other markets where these campuses are going up.
Trades we supply
Electrical: journeyman and apprentice electricians, cable pullers and terminators, general foremen, electrical superintendents.
Mechanical and piping: pipefitters, pipe welders qualified to your procedure, HVAC mechanics, sheet metal, riggers, mechanical general foremen.
Low voltage: copper and fiber backbone, cable tray, terminations, testing and certification.
Over all of it: general foremen, superintendents, site managers, EHS managers, project managers, schedulers, QA/QC inspectors.
How a crew works
Every crew has a general foreman on it, and he takes direction from your site superintendent. You direct the work and keep the means and methods. Payroll, replacements and per diem are ours to handle as the employer.
We are the employer of record. Wages, payroll taxes, benefits, workers' compensation and general liability sit on our books, not yours.
How it is priced
One fully loaded hourly bill rate per trade and classification, plus per diem on travel jobs. No separate administrative fee. Tools, consumables and welding machines are settled in writing before a purchase order.
What a full job looks like

What we check before anyone gets on your site
- Trade qualification and licensing against what the job actually requires
- For welders, the procedure specification and the qualification record for the process, position, material and thickness the job runs
- Live construction site history, and mission critical sites where the role needs it
- Drug screen and background check to your badging standard before mobilization
- For travel jobs, a record of having actually worked away from home
Why the crew and the superintendent should come from one vendor
When the crew comes from a labor house and the superintendent from a recruiting firm, nobody owns the gap between them. One vendor across both means one call when the crew is short and one company whose name is on the finished work.
What we don’t do
We don't drop unsupervised bodies on a site and call it manpower. We don't quote a crew size before checking who is actually available in that market. We don't publish rate cards we cannot source.

Frequently asked
- Are the workers on your payroll or ours?
- Ours. We are the employer of record, so wages, payroll taxes, benefits, workers' compensation and general liability sit on our books and the crew never lands on your headcount. Certificates of insurance are issued to your requirements before anyone badges on.
- Do you work union or merit shop jobs?
- Both. On a union job the hall dispatches the craft and we bring supervision and the professional seats. On a merit shop job we recruit, screen and payroll the crew ourselves.
- How fast can you mobilize a crew?
- It depends on the market, the trade and the date, and anyone publishing one number for that is guessing. We give you a real answer for your market on the call, and crews ramp in stages so the first group is producing while the rest mobilize.
We find the best, the fastest.
