7 placements in April across Oracle's active hyperscale program
Seven owner-rep placements in 30 days across Construction Manager, QC, and Project Engineer roles. Multiple Oracle campuses in multiple US regions. Bench depth converted into program velocity.

The relationship
We support Oracle's owner-rep staffing across their active hyperscale program — multiple regions, multiple campuses, multiple phases of construction running concurrently. The work spans Construction Manager seats on active builds, Quality Control engineers running owner-side inspection against TIA-942 / BICSI / OFCI scopes, and Project Engineers handling Procore-based document control, RFI/submittal flow, and OFCI tracking.
When a hyperscaler runs more than 100 active personnel across multiple campuses, the staffing surface is constant. Roles open. People rotate. New phases break ground. The owner needs a partner who can keep the bench filled without restarting the calibration every time.
April 2026
Seven placements in thirty days across Construction Manager, QC Engineer, and Project Engineer roles. The work spanned multiple Oracle campuses in different US regions, including Fargo, ND and the West Texas program.
Each placement followed the same pre-vet protocol: hyperscale credit on the resume or equivalent mission-critical work, software stack tested (Procore for everyone; P6 for CMs; Cx-Alloy / BIM 360 Field for QC where applicable), working interview using Oracle's actual schedule and scope-of-work documents, and calibration to the specific campus's GC, regional rate range, and security/site-access posture.
What the client gets
Instead of starting from zero on every open req, Oracle gets a partner who already knows which regions have inventory and which don't (Northern Virginia is thin; upper Midwest is workable; Phoenix has supply if you move fast), what rates clear for what experience tier in each region, which candidates have hyperscale credit that's real vs resume-padded, and who on our bench is ready to mobilize this week vs next quarter.
7 placements in one month isn't volume for volume's sake. It's bench depth converted into program velocity.
What we don't do
We don't dump 50 generic resumes into the client's inbox. We don't quote a generic SLA and miss it. We don't put a "data center experienced" candidate in front of an Oracle interviewer when we know it's a Tier-2 colocation credit on the resume.
We find the best, the fastest.
